New Wave Films is a Bruneian film production company founded in 2020 by Syafi Halim and Wazif Zamri. They focus on creating locally-produced content while developing the regional creative industry. They needed a professional website to showcase their portfolio and support their community initiatives.

The problem we were brought in to solve.
New Wave Films had established themselves as a leading Bruneian film production company but lacked a cohesive digital presence:
- No central platform to showcase their diverse portfolio of productions
- Difficulty connecting with aspiring actors and talent
- Limited visibility for their community initiatives like NWF Media
- Need for a professional image to attract corporate clients

Approach
What we built, and why.
We created a comprehensive website that captures the creative energy and professional excellence of New Wave Films. The site showcases their full range of services from video production to animation while highlighting their community-focused initiatives.
Special attention was given to the portfolio section, allowing visitors to explore their award-winning work including the documentary Wujud which won multiple SEA International Film Festival awards in 2024.

The landing page opens with a cinematic video hero showcasing their best production work, immediately establishing their creative expertise. Bold typography and a dark, professional color scheme reflect the film industry aesthetic. Visitors can quickly access their portfolio, services, and the New Wave Actor's Community platform.
